The sun was hidden behind an impermeable cloud. The rain fell, however, despite the clouds clear resistance to the flow. She couldn't help but smile as the warm water droplets beat gently against her skin. Ah, what a morning, thought she as she lifted one steady hand to brush her now soaked blonde hair from her face. Autumn loved being here. She'd never before been this far away from the insanity that was her home. Sure, she was placed here unjustly. She knew there was no reasoning behind her admittance aside from the fact her mother had found that tiny tattoo he'd placed on her hip.
At that thought her small fingers fluttered to where she knew it would be. That last piece of what she thought to be her soulmate. Yes, at seventeen Autumn knew which boy she planned on loving the rest of her life. However, one minor setback. He'd been sent here for some reasons above her knowledge. She sat on the swing, the chains creaking with each movement of her long, pale, legs. Autumn knew he was here, she could feel it. She just knew, the small butterflies that always rose in her stomach where present. She knew that meant something, it meant he was near.
Her eyes fluttered open, glued to the path that lead back to the asylum as though it would disappear.
"Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone...I love you and thats all I really know.." she sung, her soft voice vibrating against the tree's as she did. She looked towards the woods, a tear slipping from her eye and merging with the rain drops already residing there. She didn't know where to go, or how to find him. So she honestly had to wait for him. She never thought she'd find a day where she'd be sitting helpless with her heart breaking. She knew she was in trouble when she started thinking about his hands on her skin. That one time thing that neither of them wanted to be just one time. She whimpered quietly, closing her eyes. "I want you back. "She mumbled, almost silently as she tugged her tiny legs to her chest, still rocking on the swing. As if on cue, a twig snapped.

There's a place in the dark where the animals go, you can take off your skin in the cannibal glowJuliet loves the beat and the lust it commands, drop the dagger and lather the blood on your hands Romeo Zack groaned as he left the building, slamming the door violently as he did so, heading outside. Stupid fucking doctors and their stupid fucking cures. None of it worked and he didn't want it to. He was perfectly fine. He was aware of his mild mannered alter ego but it wasn't like it held him back at all. His neon green eyes dipped to the crumpled paper in his fist, blinking once before shredding it as he walked down the path. God he just wanted out of here. His other side didn't even realize why he was here. He was far too naive to understand what everyone told him, but Zack was pretty sure he knew. Deep down, he knew. It was probably the motivation for his actions, letting himself being committed and leaving that pretty little piece without so much as a goodbye. Zack found it hilarious that the other side of him and that girl were both certain it was their first time. And he supposed, it sort of was. Mentally anyway.
He kicked a rock, watching it splash through a few growing puddles before falling into the overgrowth. Maybe he should just fake it. To get out of here, he could fake being the other. He loathed it, but it was possible. The only problem would be Matt and Wyn. They knew the two sides too well to be fooled. He was so focused he didn't even hear the soft words drifting through the solid drumming of the rain. At least, not until he reached a playground and spotted the source. Sopping wet blond hair fallen over a fair, pale face. Slim arms wrapped securely around a slimmer body frame, he knew her anywhere.
One could never forget the best lay they'd ever had, even if he hadn't been the dominant one at the time. He still remembered it as if he had been. "Autumn," He called with a surprised smile, stepping into the clearing and heading for the swings. For her. He didn't really feel a connection to her, but he knew she did. And his other side did. He didn't want to ruin a good thing if he didn't get anything good out of it.

Autumns soft eyes shot up and a glint of something beyond happiness appeared in them. "Zack!" she squeaked, slipping off the swing and rushing over to hug him close. When she got close enough, she threw her arms tight around his neck and kissed his skin gently. "I missed you." she wasn't sure he wanted her to hold herself so close...but she couldn't help it. The overwhelming feeling of joy overtook any amount of self control she had. She pulled away after a minute, a slight blush spreading across her pale cheeks.
"I knew I'd find you, I just knew it." autumn was mildly cocky, that was something she'd always been somewhat ashamed of. But this was true, she'd known in her heart that she would find him. His green eyes made her heart skip a beat, her stomach churning excitedly. Her tiny hand touched his cheek lightly, wanting so badly to just kiss him without worry. But she remembered where they where, and She didn't know whether he'd want her to kiss him just yet. She used her thumb to draw small patterns on his face and sighed. "You where right about the tattoo, it stopped stinging." she lifted her shirt slightly and tugged the hem of her skirt down a bit. The small etching of the rainbow music note covered her hip.
But he'd been right. it no longer stung. She bit her lip and looked up at him from under dark lashes. She wanted so badly to be dry and warm and in his arms, just as she had been that night in his art studio. Her parents had caught them, she'd left her bedroom window open and her mother had spotted her. But nevertheless, it was all worth it. He was worth it.

There's a place in the dark where the animals go, you can take off your skin in the cannibal glowJuliet loves the beat and the lust it commands, drop the dagger and lather the blood on your hands Romeo Zack let Autumn's slim arms wrap around him tightly as she hugged him, earning his arms around her back for being quick about it. She seemed excited to see him at least. This was possibly the last place he'd ever expected to see her pretty face, she was far from nuts. The thought struck him like a frying pan. "Wait, What are you doing here?" He asked before he'd been able to stop himself. She didn't belong here. Though granted if she'd faked it just to get here she may really be crazy. He noticed the familiar look in her eyes, the overwhelming innocence though he knew she wasn't, the welling up of happiness.
As if reading her thoughts he leaned closer and pressed his lips to hers, hit tongue gently brushing against them before he'd pulled back. If he was going to start something that could get them both in trouble he was going to wait at least, until they weren't standing in the freezing rain. His eyes dipped down to her bare skin as she tugged her skirt down, showing him the ink he'd embedded into her skin before he'd left. He smiled. God that was girly. But that's ok, she was a girl. She was allowed to have a girly tattoo. He brushed his fingers over it gently and squatted for a second, not willing to get his knees in the mud and rain for her right no, but he pressed his lips to the skin she'd exposed to him for a second and stood back up. "You should get back inside, you're gonna catch a cold." He warned softly, taking her hands and leading her under the cover of a large tree.

It took Autumn a minute to gather herself after his warm lips brushed across hers, his touch sent shivers down her spine. She chewed lightly on her lip as she thought of a way to answer him, “well, my parents saw us...having sex" she said slowly, averting her eyes. " They gave me an ultimatum. Here, or military camp" autumn shrugged lightly, running her tongue along her teeth."I figured I'd have a better chance finding you here." She knew she sounded insane in that moment, that was why shed come outside, hoping she could clear her head.
Autumn sort of giggled when he kissed the tattoo, her cheeks flaming a soft shade of red. "You'll have to do another one if they let you keep you needles" she stated softly. Her blue eyes stared lovingly into his, every time they met she only felt more and more in love with his. His dark hair, his sweet eyes. All of it made her unimaginably happy. He made her happy.
Autumn rolled her eyes at the cold statement, "so what? I'm surrounded by doctors, a colds the least of my worries" she teased, squirming out of his arms. She moved back towards the swing, peeling herself out of her shirt. She was mainly teasing him, but the shirt was annoying her. Raindrops fell onto her pale white skin, taking their time as they rolled slowly down her body. "I love the rain" she mused, lulling her head towards the sky.
